  • Assistant Professor: $37,454 - $56,182
  • Associate Professor: $42,144 - $63,215
  • Professor: $47,720 - $71,579

New faculty are hired at the instructor rank. Faculty currently holding a full-time faculty position at a higher rank, may be considered for an initial appointment at a higher rank.

GIS and Remote Sensing Faculty

Full-time instructional faculty position in the Associate of Applied Science in Geospatial Technology program, stating spring semester January 5, 2015. A master’s degree in Geospatial Technology or a related field is strongly preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Technology is required. Career experience in a geospatial technology related area is highly desirable. Collegiate /adult-level teaching experience is strongly preferred. Online teaching experience is helpful. The successful candidate will use a learner-centered approach to teaching that incorporates active learning strategies and technology to enhance student learning. The successful candidate will also have strong team and interpersonal skills. Primary duties include classroom and online teaching; curriculum and course development, including online courses; student advising; assessment of student learning; program promotion and student recruitment. Additionally, must be able to work effectively in a diverse, multi-cultural environment. Salary and rank are commensurate with qualifications and experience. Instructional Faculty Positions for Registered Nursing Program

Two full-time instructional faculty positions (one for Medical Surgical Nursing and one for Mental Health Nursing) available in the associate degree registered nursing program stating spring semester January 5, 2015. Candidates must have a master’s degree in Nursing, a minimum of two year recent clinical experience, and current unrestricted licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio. Primary duties include classroom, lab, and clinical instruction; student academic advisement; and collaborating with other faculty in ongoing curriculum development, program review, and assessment of student learning. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and technology skills, ability to work in teams, flexibility to teach day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed, and a willingness to provide instruction/supervision at various campuses and clinical sites. Teaching experience in a collegiate setting is preferred. Salary and rank are commensurate with qualifications and experience. Positions report to the RN Program Director. Resume review will begin September 26, 2014, and positions will remain open until filled.
