Head Women’s Volleyball Coach (Part Time)

Certifications: NCAA Recruitment Certification, CPR, AED & First Aid (may be obtained upon hire)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is preferred, 3 years previous college coaching experience is preferred. Knowledge of rules and skills of NJCAA women's volleyball. Ability to instruct student athletes in skills and safety. Ability to recruit talented student athletes. Knowledge of NJCAA rules. Requires times management skills and exceptional communication skills.

Nature of the work: This position coaches the Women's Volleyball team in accordance with the college, Ohio Community College Athletic Conference and NJCAA regulations. This person is to coordinate recruitment of student-athletes and develop a competitive program in the sport of Volleyball. Primary duties and responsibilities include: Instruction of game strategies / day-to-day operation; Supervision of Academic progress; Recruitment of new athletes; Community outreach and fundraising; budget management.

Working conditions: Demonstration of volleyball related skills. Long hours, often early or late for practice, recruitment and team travel.

Salary Range: $4000-$6900
