Advising

Academic advisors provide one-on-one assistance to first-time students at Clark State. Once you have completed an application to the College and taken the placement test, schedule an appointment to meet with one of the advisors to receive personal instruction on how to schedule and register for classes.

After completing your first quarter of classes, you will be assigned a faculty advisor based on your major. You should meet with your faculty advisor on a regular basis to discuss course offerings, career options and your educational plans.

Clark State's Career Services Office will help if you are still undecided about your major or need career guidance.

Look for information in the mail explaining registration procedures prior to the start of each quarter. Completing the registration process is your responsibility. You should become familiar with academic policies and the requirements for your major.

Transferring to another school? Check out our transfer agreements with other colleges.
