AthleticsClark State's commitment to the athletic program provides students an opportunity to compete against other schools at the varsity level in the following sports. Clark State competes in Region XII of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and regularly plays teams from Ohio and Michigan. Clark State is also a member of the Ohio Community College Athletic Conference (OCCAC). Athletic trainers are provided through an affiliation with Kettering Sports Medicine Center. Full-time students who are interested in becoming a member of a Clark State athletic team should contact the athletic director. Talent grants and financial assistance are available to those who qualify and are registered full-time. Everyone is encouraged to attend Clark State athletic events. School pride and community excitement can be accomplished by supporting our teams. Admission is free if you are a Clark State student and show proper ID. Schedules are available in the Admissions Office located in the Sara T. Landess Technology and Learning Center.
Intramurals Open gym hours are posted in the Wellness Center and may vary due to intramural and athletic programs. The gymnasium is open to students, faculty and staff with a valid Clark State ID. Times are subject to change without notice and College athletic teams have priority. |
