You may submit a medical question to our Health Clinic nurse by completing the form below. Medical questions are answered during normal Health Clinic operating hours and may take up to 48 hours if submitted during the weekend. You should seek immediate medical attention in the event of an emergency. Answers will be sent via e-mail to the address you provide below. The Health Clinic nurse may suggest an alternate source for your answer depending on the nature of the question.
