Drug-Free Workplace

The following behavioral expectations of employees and students are intended to protect the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals associated with the college:

  • The unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession, or use of a controlled substance or alcohol is prohibited on campus or at college activities off-campus.
  • The use of a controlled substance shall be permitted if use of the particular drug is permitted by law and has been authorized as a use for medicinal purposes.
  • Violations of this policy shall result in appropriate disciplinary measures being taken.
