This course provides both the 36-hour firefighter training along with a 6-hour Hazardous Material Awareness course. It meets the Division of Public Safety 36-hour firefighter requirements.
Minimum Requirements Fee: $385 Firefighter Level I TransitionThe 84-hour course will build upon the basic skills taught in the 36-hour Volunteer Firefighter course and completes the Level I requirements, including the final live burn evolution. This course meets the State of Ohio Division of Public Safety 84-hour Firefighter Recommended Hours Guide. CEVO (Certified Emergency Vehicle Operations) included.
Minimum Requirements Fee: $595 Fire Safety Inspector PSS CertifiedStudents will gain the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to conduct fire safety inspections. Students will be introduced to various codes needed to develop a working knowledge of the inspection process. This course meets the requirements for the Fire Safety Inspector as required in H.B. 590.
