Jennifer Lou Spencer Memorial Scholarship

Purpose
To provide assistance to graduates of Clark State who are transferring to another educational institution.

Award
Two scholarships of $2,500 each

Eligibility

• Must have received an associate degree from a two-year college (preference to graduates of Clark State)
• Clark County resident
• Graduated with a GPA of at least 3.0
• Evidence of some type of community service other than that required for college credit
• Enroll full-time in an accredited institution of higher learning in Ohio
• Submit one recommendation from a faculty member and one from a nonacademic reference

Application
Applications are available from the Clark State Foundation Office or the Rotary Club Office. The application, essay, two recommendation forms and a transcript must be received by the Springfield Rotary Club, 1243 North Plum Street, Springfield, Ohio 45504, no later than the last Friday in March.

Selection
The selection will be made by the Rotary Club Scholarship Committee. Personal interviews may be requested by the committee.
