Peggy Wenrick Scholarship

Purpose
To assist a Clark County high school graduate in pursuing a college education at Clark State.

Award - one per year
$300 for tuition, books and fees for Fall Quarter

Eligibility

  • Preference will be given to a graduate of a Clark County high school
  • Recipient should be enrolled as a full-time student at Clark State (minimum 12 credit hours) in the fall following their high school graduation
  • Recipient should have a grade point average of at least 2.5
  • Financial need may be considered
  • Leadership activities within organizations and clubs of the school or community may be considered

Application process for first consideration
Submit completed financial aid forms, scholarship application, copy of tax forms and current transcript to the Financial Aid Office by 5 p.m., the last Friday in March.

Selection process

  • Applications will be screened by the Scholarship Committee
  • Late or incomplete applications will not be considered
  • All decisions of the Scholarship Committee are final
