Ailsa C. Fout Memorial Scholarship

Purpose

  • To assist a deserving student in pursuing an education at Clark State.

Award

  • Approximately $400 per year, to be distributed quarterly
  • Award may be used for tuition, fees, books or other course-related materials

Eligibility

  • Scholarship recipient will demonstrate the ability and the desire to better himself/herself through a college education.
  • Grade point average of 3.0 or better is desired, but is not a requirement. Upon receiving the scholarship, the recipient must show satisfactory progress to continue receiving the scholarship.
  • First or second year student.
  • Financial need will be considered in selecting the recipient.

Application process for first consideration
Students will submit completed scholarship application to the Foundation Office by published deadline.

Selection process
Applications will be reviewed by the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee; late or incomplete applications will not be considered. All decisions of the Scholarship Committee are final.
