On the Delete Browsing History menu, choose Delete files in the Temporary Internet Files section of the menu. Now that you have deleted all of the temporary files you have accumulated from the Internet, you may want to change your settings so that you don't continue to pull stored web pages. On the Internet Options General tab, click on the Settings button under Browsing History. By selecting "Every time I visit the page," you will see the most current web page each time you visit a website. Click OK. For Firefox Mozilla: Click on Tools >> Clear Private Data. Check the box for Cache and click Clear Private Data Now. If clearing the cache does not resolve your problem, please contact the HelpDesk for additional assistance.
