HelpDesk and FAQsThe HelpDesk was created to help Clark State faculty, staff and students who are having technical problems. E-mail: help@clarkstate.edu Our on-campus HelpDesk is staffed Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-10 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; and Saturday, 8 a.m.-2 p.m. (except Summer Quarter). Messages can be left outside normal working hours which will be answered as soon as possible. Please ensure your message includes a means of contacting you.
