Meetings and Special Events
Clark State Community College has a place for all your meeting needs. We have an outstanding selection of facilities and support services for your conferences, meetings and training seminars with two campuses in Springfield and the Greene Center in Beavercreek.
Assistance with site selection, technology requirements, activity and meal planning is available. Special rates for non-profit groups. Parking is free to all conference attendees.
Springfield - Downtown Campus

The Brinkman Educational Center in downtown Springfield dedicates an entire floor to conferencing and meeting rooms. All conference rooms have wireless Internet access at no additional charge with some equipped with overhead projectors and other technology for a nominal fee. Space includes:
- three conference rooms seating 12-18
- a formal boardroom that seats 16
- a formal tiered presentation room with a capacity of 60
- a large attractive reception area and dining room overlooking downtown that seats a capacity of 60
- state-of-the-art classrooms and computer labs

The Library Resource Center on the Leffel Lane Campus features two large rooms that may be used separately or combined. Seating can be arranged to accommodate any one of the following arrangements:
- a classroom style with a capacity of 122
- round tables for banquets with a capacity of 200
- theatre style with a capacity of 300
The latest addition to the Leffel Lane Campus, the Sara T. Landess Technology and Learning Center features meeting rooms, classrooms and computer labs with wireless Internet and state-of-the-art equipment. Participants can enjoy a tasty treat or a steaming cup of gourmet coffee from the nearby Eagle's Nest Cafe. Space includes:
- a formal boardroom seating 20
- a small boardroom for 8
- Tiered U-shaped presentation rooms with a capacity of 79
- Tiered U-shaped presentation rooms with a capacity of 61
Clark State offers a large selection of computer labs and classrooms that are ideal for group trainings and instruction. In addition, gymnasium rental is available for fundraiser or athletic events, training camps, or clinics.
Wedding reception rentals are available at both Downtown and Leffel Lane Campus locations.
