Creative Arts and Conference Center
Clark State plans to build a new multi-purpose facility, the Creative Arts and Conference Center, in downtown Springfield. "We are delighted to be able to continue our role in the revitalization of downtown Springfield with a beautiful new venue to serve the needs of businesses, arts groups, youth outreach, and the residents of this area," said Rafinski. "This is truly a facility that will serve all of our community."
