Six Sigma: Green Belt Certification

The five phases of the Six Sigma strategies (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) are introduced in eight days of training. Six Sigma is a proven method of problem solving in all types of industries. The Six Sigma Green Belt curriculum teaches the core of the Six Sigma DMAIC tool set in the eight day course. You will utilize Minitab statistical software to demonstrate the methodology.
