Six Sigma: Green Belt Certification
Green Belt training enhances you skill set, equipping you to lead improvement projects in your area of responsibility. The five phases of the Six Sigma strategies (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) are introduced in eight days of training. Six Sigma is a proven method of problem solving in all types of industries. The Six Sigma Green Belt curriculum teaches the core of the Six Sigma DMAIC tool set in the eight day course. You will utilize Minitab statistical software to demonstrate the methodology.

High Performance Manufacturing- Portable Production Skills (MSSC)
MSSC was created to help individuals develop portable production skills that can be applied in any manufacturing sub-industry. The MSSC certification assessment is designed to measure knowledge and experience in four modules: Safety, Manufacturing Processes & Production, Quality Practices and Continuous Improvement and Maintenance.
