Captain Dennis Muhammed from Peacekeepers Global Initiative will join Mayor Warren Copeland, Springfield Police Chief Stephen Moody, parents of local victims of violence and singer Vaughn Anthony to lead a discussion on conflict resolution and bridging the gap between the police and the community.
