Training Opportunities FairPublished: 6/10/2009 Clark State Community College will host a Training Opportunities Fair on Tuesday, June 16, 2009, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Upper Valley Mall in Springfield, Ohio. Nursing? Welding? Firefighter training? Trucking? Phlebotomy? Opportunities range from certifications you can earn in about one month to full two-and-four-year degree programs. Representatives from Ohio Hi Point, Urbana University and Clark State will be available to talk with you about the training or education program that is right for you. This free, one-day Training Fair will provide a variety of resources and networking opportunities to help you jump start your new career. Many organizations will be in attendance including employment center representatives from Clark, Champaign, Miami and Greene counties. Special drawings and give-aways will take place throughout the day and a Fun Zone table will be set up with creative activities for children of all ages.
