ClarkOnline Learning Requirements

Clark State uses the learning management system called Angel to deliver online courses. The following information explains how and when to access your course(s), technical information and who to contact with questions or if you need assistance.

You will have access to your online or hybrid course(s) on the first day of each term. To access your course(s), go to the Angel link located at the bottom of this web page or go directly to http://angel.clarkstate.edu.

  • Your Username is your Computer System Username/Login and your Password is your System ID. These are located on the schedule/invoice you received after registering for your course(s).
  • Click "Log On" after entering your Username and Password.
  • You may need to change your password after you log on the first time.
  • Your Username and Password are for your use only. Please keep them safe and don’t share them with others.

There is no guarantee that every computer will be compatible with Angel, however, the following are the recommended minimum computer hardware and software configurations for online coursework.

* A camera may be required for some courses – please refer to the syllabus for information.

Note: Certain antivirus programs interfere with the viewing of videos and you may need to temporarily turn off your antivirus program to view the videos.

You can also access your course(s) by using any of Clark State’s open computer labs, the College Library, the Success Center and the Self-Paced Lab in the Sara T. Landess Technology and Learning Center (Leffel Lane Campus). During the first week of classes, the Self-Paced Lab located in TLC Room 114 offers basic instruction on how to access and use Angel, WebAdvisor, Gmail student e-mail and the College network.
