Paying for College

One of the main reasons people don't go to college is because they think they can't afford the tuition. But in today's economy and competitive job market, can you afford to not go to college? At Clark State we understand that our students already have many financial responsibilities…that's why we work hard to keep our tuition and fees low. Our affordable tuition is one of the main reasons so many students choose Clark State. Payment plans are also available so you don't have to pay for the whole quarter at once. Plus, our staff are experts at helping students secure financial aid, grants and loans to help them pay for their education, and the Clark State Foundation works closely with local businesses and generous donors to offer thousands of dollars worth of scholarships each year. Check out the links below or contact the Financial Aid Office to learn more about fitting Clark State into your budget.

The HOPE tax credit allows eligible students to receive a tax credit for 100 percent of the first $1,650 of tuition and 50 percent of the second $1,650 of tuition on their federal income tax return.
