In addition, the Health Clinic provides free screenings for blood pressure, glucose, vision, hearing and periodically offers weight loss contests, flu shots and blood drives. The Health Clinic nurse or nurse practitioner is available during regular clinic hours for health-related questions and referrals to area doctors and health care facilities. Appointments are not necessary, but you will need to bring a validated student ID.

Forms for health students and athletes are found on the myClarkState portal.

The annual Clark State Health Fair draws over 40 health and social service agencies from the Springfield, Dayton and Cincinnati areas that provide valuable information to students, staff and the general public. Some of the services that are routinely available at no cost are diabetes, vision and hearing screenings. Tetanus immunizations and cholesterol tests are available for a nominal fee. The Health Fair is held on the first Wednesday in April, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
