- Students are required to complete a line-item analysis of every take (test) taken so that they can determine areas of strengths and areas of weaknesses, which allows students to figure out what they need to be practicing
- Students participate in mock depositions with Ohio Northern University law students to get hands-on experience and provide law students real-life experience for deposing on the record.

- Students consistently perform at a professional level during their internship as evidenced by the positive feedback given on surveys completed by potential employers.
