Each section focuses on a critical thinking question related to a chapter in the text. The topics range from legal and ethical violations in written documents to customer service to multicultural business practices and more
Evidence of Learning Outcome Achievement
- Both Professional Office and Medical Office Administration students consistently receive ratings of "5" and "6" on their Cooperative Education/Internship supervisor evaluations based on a rating scale of 1-6 with 6 being the highest possible scores
