Tutoring and Success Center
The Success Center assists students in developing learning skills. Free services include:
- Individual tutoring
- Writing assistance
- Group tutoring
- Computerized instructional programs
- Study skills workshops
- Placement testing
If you're struggling with a class or need help with homework, come to the Success Center, located off the lobby of the Sara T. Landess Technology & Learning Center on Leffel Lane Campus or at the Greene Center in Beavercreek.
The Success Center on the Leffel Lane Campus is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. and Friday, 8-5 p.m. The Greene Center offers tutoring Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. No appointment is necessary for tutoring at the Greene Center.
All students must make an appointment to take a test in the Success Center and show a photo ID. No appointments are necessary for COMPASS placement testing.

Students can request help with a variety of writing assignments, including essays, research papers and lab reports by submitting their work for an online tutor's review through eTutoring. Get started today and log in using your Clark State username and your seven-digit Student ID as your password.
