Vehicle Rescue

This extrication class is designed for all skill levels - from awareness to technician levels. The interactive lecture portion will cover most aspects of vehicle rescue including scene size-up, new vehicle construction, hybrid vehicles, commercial vehicles, extrication scene management, common mistakes made by responders and step-by-step basic and advanced extrication procedures. There will also be two full days of hands-on practical evolutions.

PPE required: Full turnout gear, safety glasses, helmet, gloves - extrication or leather work gloves recommended.
