Clark State Will Graduate More Than 500

Clark State Community College will celebrate Commencement at 10 a.m., Saturday, May 7 at the Clark State Performing Arts Center, 300 South Fountain Avenue in downtown Springfield. More than 500 candidates for graduation will receive their degree or certificate of completion. Rebecca Ryan will be the student speaker at the Commencement ceremony.

Chemistry Professor to Exchange Table of Elements for Exploring World Cultures

For 22 years, Chemistry Professor Mildred “Midge” Hall has been enhancing the lives of students at Clark State Community College; but at the end of spring semester this year, she will exchange her test tubes and Bunsen burners for airline tickets and adventures.

Registration Now Open for Clark State’s College for Kids

Registration for College for Kids is now open. Students entering kindergarten through eighth grade can select from a variety of summer classes beginning the week of June 13. College for Kids offers more than 25 class opportunities, each developed for student enrichment. The five-week schedule consists of different programs each week.

Clark State Community College Aims to Offer Four-Year Degree in Manufacturing Technology Management

Clark State Community College announced today it is awaiting approval from the Ohio House of Representatives and Ohio Senate to offer students a four-year baccalaureate degree in Manufacturing Technology Management. This will be the first four-year degree offered by Clark State.

Jim Witter Returns to Clark State Performing Arts Center for Kuss Memorial Concert

Clark State Community College will present the Richard and Barbara Kuss Memorial Concert featuring Jim Witter at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 26 at the Clark State Performing Arts Center, 300 South Fountain Avenue in downtown Springfield. Tickets for the Richard and Barbara Kuss Memorial Concert are required, but free of charge.
