This program is offered at Clark State's Online and Springfield - Leffel Lane locations.
This certificate focuses on four areas of Real Estate Technology. Upon completion of this certificate, students have the option to be seated for the Ohio Division of Real Estate exam. Courses are offered in an eight (8) week format to be completed in either Fall or Spring Semester. The courses are applicable to the Associate of Applied Business degree as a Real Estate Broker.
- Demonstrate understanding of Ohio Real Estate Law.
- Acquire knowledge of Ohio Real Estate Principles.
- Develop an understanding for Ohio Real Estate Appraisal and Finance.
Students should follow the recommended sequencing of courses, with consideration to the pre/co requisites, including college preparatory (CPE) requirements.
