Clark State is a family of staff and faculty with one mission: your success. Orientation will help you become familiar with the many services we offer on campus and provide you with answers to your questions. It's our chance to personally welcome you to Clark State.
Check-in for New Student Orientation on the Leffel Lane Campus is temporarily located in LRC 209. Check-in for the Greene Center New Student Orientation sessions is at the receptionist desk in the lobby. Check-in begins 30 minutes before each scheduled orientation.
Placement testing or previous college credits in English and math are needed before scheduling classes during orientation. Bring your placement test scores to orientation. If you are eligible to bypass the placement testing because of ACT/SAT test scores or previous college credits, you will need to provide a copy of your scores or a transcript showing the credits.
To process your financial aid in a timely manner, you should complete your FAFSA prior to attending New Student Orientation.
If you plan to use veteran benefits you need to apply at http://gibill.va.gov prior to orientation.
New Student Orientations for students registering for Summer Semester 2018 (begins May 29) and Fall Semester 2018 (begins August 20) have been scheduled on the dates and times below. Register for a New Student Orientation below or call to schedule one at 937.328.6084.
College Credit Plus (CCP) students should register for a CCP New Student Orientation.
