Medical Laboratory Petition

Petitioning is the process where students request entry into the technical (MLT) courses in the space-limited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program.

The number of area students that can be admitted to the MLT program each year is limited due to the limited availability of directed practice sites. Students should only petition after they have met requirements in math, writing, reading and grade point average. Detailed information about these requirements is listed below.

Students must first apply online to Clark State College before they can petition for acceptance into the MLT program. Admission to the College does not guarantee acceptance into the MLT program.
