Professional Supervisor Certification

Beavercreek Campus

Take your management team to the next level.  Clark State's Professional Supervisor Training addresses the core functional areas of supervision: Management Effectiveness, Work Ethic, Assigning Work, Planning, Effective Communication, Leadership, Coaching, Motivation, Managing Conflict and more. Participants will learn tools and guidelines to enhance personal development and utilize individual skills.

This includes:
• Open forum discussion on common issues and experiences
• Supervision tools which allow your organization to cope with the demands of a competitive business market 
• Emphasis on the critical importance of focus, attitude and communication
• Reality-based material that provides and focuses on everyday management activities

About the Instructor

Don Sellars is a dynamic leader with a unique combination of executive level planning and business development experience. He has more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles with a strong record of success across multiple disciplines. Mr. Sellars had a long civilian career with the United States Air Force where he was an accomplished leader, program manager and strategic planner. His work with the Aeronautical Systems Center earned him honors including the Air Force’s Exemplary Civilian Service Award and the Outstanding Civilian Career Service Award.
