Our tech gurus can help with any technical issue like password resets, problems logging in, issues with computers on campus, trouble with email, the myClarkState Portal, WebAdvisor or Blackboard.
The IT Help Center will help you with all types of technology issues, such as problems with Blackboard, WebAdvisor, myClarkState student portal, computers on campus, student account access, etc.
Phone support and Live Web Chat are available 24/7/365. Contact the IT Help Center at 1.866.223.0387, visit online at help.clarkstate.edu or in person on the second floor of Rhodes Hall.
Open student computer labs are located in Rhodes Hall, Room 133 and on the second floor of the Brinkman Educational Center. The Library, located in the Sara T. Landess Technology and Learning Center, also has computers for student use.
