Clark State College has a place for all of your meeting and event needs. We have an outstanding selection of facilities and support services for conferences, meetings and training seminars, as well as receptions and social events in Springfield and Beavercreek.
Due to health, safety and liability concerns, we do not hold a food service license. Therefore, all food provided for events must be purchased and served through the College’s list of approved caterers as they carry the necessary insurance and health permits.
Approved caterers offer a variety of menu options and prices and can provide you with food, labor, non-alcoholic beverages, linens, flatware, etc. in their proposal to you.
