Students in the Clark State Diesel Technology program will now have hands-on access to a parts washer, two air conditioning recovery machines and a mobile jump-start machine thanks to the generosity of Cummins Bridgeway, LLC.

“Industry partnerships are vital to providing our students with the latest technology,” said Dr. Jo Alice Blondin, president, Clark State. “We rely on our partners to keep our curriculum and equipment state-of-the-art to make sure our students are prepared to enter their chosen career fields. The generosity of Cummins Bridgeway will enable Clark State to maintain affordable tuition and curriculum advancement.”

“The air conditioning machines will provide students with additional opportunities for hands-on experience servicing mobile AC systems,” said Jacob Whitt, program coordinator. “The gas powered starter pack will allow us more versatility in jump-starting trucks in the parking lot and the parts washer will allow us to clean both small and large parts in our engines class as well as other classes.“
