Instructor to Present at National Humanities Conference

Amy Clark Knapp, a Clark State Community College adjunct instructor, has been selected to present at the Community College Humanities Association's 2013 national conference in Louisville, Kentucky on October 24 - 26. The conference theme is Navigating Place, Time and Change through the Humanities.

Knapp, who has been an adjunct instructor at Clark State for six years, will present on medieval and gothic symbolism in a presentation titled "The Communicative Elements of Giotto di Bondone."

With a background in the classics, humanities and art history, Knapp teaches western civilization, American history and art history at Clark State.
