How To Schedule
Testing is available Monday- Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Call 937.328.8072 to schedule your appointment If no one answers leave your name and number and someone will call you back within 24 hours.
Testing Requirements
You must have a valid driver’s license and your CDL Permit must be dated 14 days prior to the scheduled test date.
Payment
Once we have confirmed a testing date and time with you, we will text you the payment link. If texting a link is not a viable option for you use the appropriate link below to pay for your test. Appointments scheduled over the phone must be paid within 24 hours after the appointment is made. No exceptions.
If you do not pay your fees, you will lose that test date and time. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a text message confirming your date and time.
