Who is a Clark State Alumnus?
You’re an alum if you attended Clark State and completed an educational goal — no matter the length or format.
This includes individuals who completed:
- An associate degree
- A bachelor’s degree
- A certificate
- A workforce training

Clark State proudly recognizes alumni who are making a difference through leadership, service and professional achievement with two esteemed awards. Eligible nominees include any Clark State graduate or workforce program participant. Nominations are open to employees, students, parents and community members — and self-nominations are welcome!
The Distinguished Alumnus Award honors alumni who have reached exceptional distinction in their professional lives while making a meaningful impact on Clark State and the community.
The Emerging Leader Award recognizes alumni age 40 or younger who have achieved early career success while demonstrating strong community involvement and leadership.
Award recipients are celebrated by college, business and civic leaders during Clark State's Presidential Awards Banquet, highlighting the lasting impact of Clark State alumni across the region.
