The Buckley Amendment of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is designed to protect the privacy of students and their educational records. Clark State College recognizes “Directory Information” as the following: student name, address, telephone number, email address, majors, degrees and awards received (to include Dean’s List), dates of enrollment, enrollment status, previous educational agencies or institutions attended, weight and height of members of athletic teams and participation in officially recognized activities and sports. If you do not want Clark State to disclose directory information for you, please complete the “Do Not Release Form” located in the portal under “Student Forms” and submit to the Records Office.
