Overview

Are you interested in a career that combines public service with critical thinking and problem-solving? The corrections track of the criminal justice program prepares you for employment in federal, state and local correctional facilities. You will study the correctional system, probation and parole, adult and juvenile corrections and more. Courses are taught by faculty who bring real-world experience and insight into the classroom, giving you a blend of academic knowledge and practical application. You’ll graduate ready for entry-level positions as corrections officers, parole and probation officers, youth counselors or investigators.
