What could you achieve if you earned a nursing certificate on a schedule built entirely around your life? Clark State’s evening-weekend practical nursing certificate gives you a flexible, part-time path into the nursing profession. You’ll progress through a structured sequence of evening and weekend classes, complete required clinicals and build the competencies expected for safe, effective practice. This program makes it possible to step into practical nursing on your terms and continue toward advanced nursing education when you’re ready.

Note: Space is limited in this program. In addition to applying to Clark State, students must also apply to this program. Please meet with your advisor to ensure all requirements are met.

Accredited: The Practical Nursing program is approved by the Ohio Department of Higher Education and the Ohio Board of Nursing.
