Ways to Pay Tuition & Fees

Paying for college is easier than you think—Clark State offers multiple convenient options so you can choose what works best for you!

Pay in person: Visit the Cashiers Office at the Springfield main campus (570 E. Leffel Lane) with cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, VISA\, DISCOVER). Submit payments by check or exact cash using the drop box at the Beavercreek location (3775 Pentagon Blvd.)

Pay by mail: Send your check along with your student ID number to Clark State College.

Pay online: Use Self-Service in the myClarkState portal. You can also create payment plans, view your account balance and manage your payment information. Need help logging in? Visit our IT Help Center.

Payment plans: Set up convenient installment plans in Self-Service in the myClarkState portal. Your first payment is required to secure your courses for the semester.

Financial Aid: Financial aid including grants and loans can also help cover your costs. Learn more

Military discounts: For active duty service members, reserve and Ohio National Guard members and spouses of eligible service members, Clark State offers 50 percent reduced tuition. In order to be eligible for the discounted tuition, you must present active orders to the Clark State Cashiers Office at 937-328-6048 or email.

Scholarships: Apply for scholarships through the Clark State Foundation Scholarships.

Sponsorships: If your employer is covering your tuition, send agreements to the Cashiers Office via email.
