The human resource management program offers a comprehensive education enhanced by specialized study in staffing, training and development, employment law, compensation, benefits and organizational behavior. This program is aligned with the field’s leading authority – the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). You’ll be prepared for entry-level roles in recruiting, training, HR compliance and employee relations across a wide range of industries.

Note: This program is designed for full-time students who have completed all prerequisites and have no college preparatory recommendations. Part-time students may be required to add additional semesters to complete their degree.
