Overview

Looking to launch or advance a career in human resources? The human resources management certificate provides comprehensive skills and knowledge needed for the HR field, including staffing, training and development, employment law, compensation and benefits. The program emphasizes both practical and theoretical understanding to prepare you for entry-level HR roles or to enhance your current professional experience. Because of prerequisite requirements, it typically takes more than one academic year to complete. All courses can be applied to the human resource management associate degree.
