You’ll develop advanced skills in document production, office procedures, integrated software applications, scheduling and communications, while gaining expertise in customer relations, human resources and management principles. You’ll graduate ready for entry-level roles such as office administrator, executive assistant, administrative coordinator or operations support specialist in a variety of workplace settings.
