Overview
What if you could prepare for a real estate career faster than you ever imagined? This eight-week real estate certificate program delivers focused training in four key areas of the industry — principles, law, appraisal and finance — giving you the foundation and knowledge to sit for the Ohio Division of Real Estate exam. Courses are offered and can be completed in the fall, spring or summer semesters. All credits apply directly to the management real estate broker associate degree, allowing you to continue your education seamlessly while building momentum toward your long-term career goals.
