Overview
Ready to jump into a fast-paced career saving lives in your community? The EMT certificate is a seven-credit, intensive program that combines classroom instruction, lab work and clinical field experience in one semester. In 150–180 hours of rigorous training, you gain the knowledge and skills needed to confidently respond to medical emergencies. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to take the National Registry and state certification exams at the basic level, opening doors to entry-level positions in ambulance services and fire divisions statewide.
