Want to explore every corner of healthcare before you choose your specialty? Th health sciences program  gives you a strong start by combining core coursework—like anatomy, physiology, psychology, nutrition, medical terminology and CPR—with flexible electives that let you tailor your training toward areas like medical coding, phlebotomy, ECG tech, EMT, medical assisting or other specialties. Along the way, you’ll build a solid academic foundation through math, stats and ethics while keeping your options open for certification, immediate employment or admission into competitive, space-limited programs like diagnostic medical sonography, nursing or physical therapist assistant.
