Communication Departmental Certificate
This program is available at the Beavercreek and Springfield - Leffel Lane locations.This certificate will provide the student with extensive background in and knowledge of effective communication skills necessary in today's work environment, including writing, oral, and listening skills. The ability to communicate effectively is listed among the top five qualifications that employers require and is often ranked as the number one required skill. In today's information-based world, excellent communication skills are vital to success, and this certificate will provide students the opportunity to gain invaluable knowledge of and practice using effective communication skills and/or to improve the communication skills they already possess. Students should follow the recommended sequencing of courses, with consideration to the pre/co-requisites, including college preparatory (CPE) requirements.
