Student ID

Student IDs are necessary for the use of the health clinic, the wellness center, admission to College social affairs, library services, bookstore usage, Eagles Cash, various College events and otherwise as a verification of enrollment.

The Student ID is processed free of charge. ID pictures are taken in the Library in the Sara T. Landess Technology and Learning Center on the Springfield campus, on the first floor of the Greene Center in Beavercreek and the Admissions Office in Bellefontaine and Xenia.

All students are required to have a Student ID and should carry it when on campus. It should be presented at the request of any College employee. The cards are nontransferable.

Library barcodes are located on the back of Student IDs. This can be used forĀ online research, checking out materials, as well as for use at the copiers. Your ID will automatically be renewed each term when you register for classes.

Online or distance students may contact the Library at 937.328.6022 to have their barcode sent via student email.

Courtesy cards are available to community residents through application at the Library information desk. Courtesy cards are subject to all policies and regulations of the Library. Community residents should have a photo ID with an address within Clark State's service area in order to receive a courtesy card. Courtesy cards are valid for six months.
