Payment Plan

Clark State has an alternative to the lump-sum payment of college fees to help ease the burden of paying tuition costs all at once. Clark State's Student Payment Plan lets you pay in four easy installments for Fall and Spring Semesters and in up to three easy installments for the Summer Semester.

You can set up your Payment Plan online through Self-Service, Student Finance in the myClarkState portal. Just click on "Make a Payment" and follow the prompts to set up a delayed payment plan. If you set the delayed payment up in Self-Service the $15 service charge is waived.

In Fall and Spring, your first payment will include one-fourth of your fees. If setting your plan up at the Cashiers Office the $15 service charge is added to your first payment. Your plan should be set up and the first payment made by the fee payment deadline. The balance is divided into three monthly payments. For Summer, your first payment will include one-third of your fees and should be set up and paid by the fee payment deadline. If setting your plan up at the Cashiers Office the $15 service charge is added to your first payment. Your subsequent payments will be given to you at the time you set up your payment plan and they are available in Self-Service, Student Finance.

We also offer special payment plans for students taking only D or B Term courses.  Please contact the Cashiers Office for more.

Refund Policy

Students who decide to drop their courses have until the fifteenth day of the term in order to have all tuition and all course-related fees removed from their account. After this date, the student is still responsible for 100% of the balance. Bookstore related purchases will still remain on the students account. Arrangements to return books can be made online through eCampus.
