Financial Aid and Scholarship Workshops

It’s time to get started on your FAFSA and scholarship application!
Join us for one of our FAFSA and scholarship workshops. All are welcome to attend! Reservations are not needed, but space is limited. Our friendly staff can assist with financial aid questions, help you navigate through the FAFSA process and help you complete a scholarship application. Our Fall 2023 scholarship deadline is Thursday, June 15!

What to bring to complete your FASFA:

To complete the 2022-2023 FAFSA (for Summer 2023), students may bring:

  • FSA ID (studentaid.gov)
  • Student’s (and spouse if married) 2020 Federal Income Tax Return
  • Parent’s 2020 Federal Income Tax Return (dependent students only)
  • Parent’s social security number, birth date, marital status and date (dependent students only)
  • Your Social Security number (it’s important that you enter it correctly on the FAFSA form!)
  • Your driver’s license number if you have one
  • Amounts of any additional income received in 2020 such as child support or untaxed income such as payments to tax deferred pensions
  • Information on cash; savings and checking account balances; investments, including stocks and bonds and real estate (but not including the home in which you live); and business and farm assets for you and for your parents if you are a dependent student
  • Permanent resident card / Alien Registration number if you are an eligible non-citizen

Fall 2023 Scholarship Application:

The scholarship application for fall 2023 is open from May 1 – June 15. In order to be considered for
fall scholarships, students must complete a new general application for fall application period.

There are many scholarships offered through the Clark State Foundation for full and part-time students.
Scholarships are awarded based on a wide array of criteria, including financial need and merit.
