Location: 570 East Leffel Lane, Springfield | Karen E. Rafinski Student Center, Eagle's Nest
The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is offering a FREE series of 6 workshops. The workshops last 60 minutes each and are done in small groups.
You will receive a take home tool each class and graduation certificate upon completing the series! If you attend at least 5 of the 6 workshops you will also receive a blender!
Lesson 1: Welcome to Eating Smart | Being Active & Get Moving
Participants will be learn:
- Knife safety skills
- Complete a 24 hour food recall
- Educational Enhancement – Cutting board and OSU pen
